How can I clean my pb-Bag and other priscabrown accessories?

Keeping the pb-Bag and other priscabrown accessories clean is really simple: wipe a damp cloth with a little mild soap on both the cork and leatherette parts. Or, put them in the washing machine on low temperature and choose a program for delicate garnments.

What does "pre-order product" mean?

It means that the product has not yet been made, but will be created especially for you as soon as payment is received.

How soon will I receive my products?

The processing time is 14 working days from the date of payment (excluding holidays).

How much will shopping cost?

I rely on the Swiss Postal Service for shipping (more information here: posta.ch). The exact shipping fee is automatically calculated by the site once all options are selected.

Any shipping delays are the responsibility of the Swiss Postal Service.

For overseas shipments, the charges shown do not include any costs for local VAT and customs duties charged by local authorities. Your local transportation service will inform you about this.

How can I contact customer service?

You can write an e-mail through the contact form and will receive a response within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

Have you ordered an item but you do not like it?

To return your product, you can simply request a return authorization by sending an email through the contact form.

Ship the product, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days, and you will receive a full refund.

You will bear the shipping costs for the return.

After your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a notice regarding your refund. The amount will be sent directly to your credit card. The process can take up to 30 days.

Warning: because each product is customized to your requirements and is created especially for you, I cannot offer an exchange. If you wish to order a different color or item, you can return the product to me and place a new order.

What payment options are available?

For purchases on this website you can pay by PayPal or credit card. If you prefer other methods, such as bank transfer or Twint, you can write an e-mail using the contact form before finalizing your order.

You can also pick up and pay for your order directly at my Atelier. Please write through the contact form before finalizing your order.

Order confirmation

After making your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your address. Please check the information in the e-mail and, if there are any errors or changes, please report them to me promptly. 

Any redelivery costs due to errors in the information provided by the customer at the time of the order will be borne by the customer.

Important:

Write your address completely and accurately.

If you find that you have made a mistake after you have finalized your order, please write immediately using the from contact. Specify first and last name of the holder and/or the order number.  

Errors or changes of address not reported or reported after the package has been shipped will require the cost of a new shipment.

All order-related communications such as special requests/customizations should be sent via e-mail.
